We are looking forward to welcoming you back, when its safe to do so.

We want your stay in Mid Wales to be a fantastic one,

We really appreciate our visitors, residents and businesses who have followed the stay home and stay local guidance and helped us to keep our rural communities safe.

We now need to continue to work together to make sure that we all stay safe and enjoy the very best that Mid Wales has to offer.

Please continue to follow the safety guidance and respect the countryside and communities that we all love to enjoy.

Respect. Protect. Enjoy.

If you are unwell, stay at home.

it is essential that you do not travel if you or your party is unwell.

if you become unwell whilst on holiday follow government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection:

Respect other people

  • Consider the local community and other people enjoying the outdoors, treat your holiday home with            the same respect you would your own home.

  • Keep your distance and minimise contact, please remember this in when you are out and about, in shops and in the countryside. Try not to touch things unnecessarily and maintain hand hygiene.

  • Please remember and be respectful of the 2m separation guide which still applies in Wales.

  • Park carefully so access to gateways and driveways is clear

  • Leave gates and property as you find them

  • Follow paths but give way to others where it’s narrow

Protect the Countryside

  • Leave no trace of your visit, dispose of any rubbish in available bins or recycling points, if there are none available or if these are full, please take all your litter home

  • Don’t have BBQs or fires

  • Keep dogs under effective control, Dog poo - bag it and bin it

  • Follow the countryside code

Enjoy the outdoors

  • Plan ahead, check what facilities are open, be prepared. ensure that businesses and amenities are open before you visit, some may still be closed or have different operating times to what you are used to.

  • Don't take unnecessary risks

  • Follow advice and local signs and obey social distancing measures

  • Keep a diary of your stay, not only will this serve as a reminder of your holiday in Mid Wales, it will also help with track and trace requirements if this were to become necessary.
