Chocolate Making

Coco Live consists of a team of experienced chocolate makers (Coco Chefs) who enjoy passing on their skills. At a Coco Live event, everyone gets stuck in – all the events are hands on and they’re a lot of fun! Workshops are based at our chocolate school in Mid-Wales. For more serious and ambitions chocolate makers, we also offer advanced chocolate making – drawing on our years of experience making high quality, artisan chocolate or for those who just want to come along and learn about how chocolate is made and eat your way through the grades of chocolate then our chocolate tastings are the perfect solution
