Cwm-Yr-Hendy Lodges
These warm, comfortable and stylish holiday lodges are situated in the middle of glorious farm land with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside on display. Each lodge has its own private garden and hot tub, with music system and lights, to set the mood during the long summer nights and the dark starry evenings.
This is a great place for walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, pony trekking, sightseeing and visiting museums and art galleries. The lodges are located near the famous Offa’s Dyke Path and Glyndwr Way national trails, all within easy driving access. The coastal nature reserve of Ynyslas Sands and the dolphins of Cardigan Bay are within a day trip. It is less than 5 miles to the attractive Victorian spa town of Llandrindod Wells and 8 miles to the market town of Rhayader, both having an interesting array of small shops, cafés and restaurants. The stunning Elan Valley is located just a couple miles further on, where here you will find the famous red kite feeding station, Welsh Crystal Factory, cycle hire, and a myriad of other outdoor pursuits. Fishing is available by arrangement with the owner. There is also golf and horse riding within a 3 mile drive. Whether you are staying for a weekend or longer, there is no shortage of things to enjoy. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
