S R Bowen Therapy

The Bowen Technique is a soft tissue therapy, working over muscles, tissues, ligaments and fascia. Moves are made using fingers and thumbs at specific points on the body, the rolling move is designed to stimulate nerve pathways allowing a ‘conversation’ to take place. 

Bowen Therapy can be highly effective in releasing physical tensions such as bad backs, tight shoulders, neck restriction, knee pain AND is also great for mental wellbeing and relaxation.
